Revised Draft Downtown Specific Plan

The Revised Draft Downtown Specific Plan (DSP) builds on the Lafayette General Plan and other policy documents to provide a detailed land use and design framework to guide private development and public investment in the downtown. The DSP was developed through a five-year process designed to maximize public input and participation.
